M.A.P.S. Point System

On this page, members are able to track their points by viewing the excel sheet below. Points are given by participating in events and activities offered throughout the year. At the end of the year, the highest point earner will receive a free test prep course of their choice. The point system allows us to view our most involved members and regard them as “honorary members” at the end of the year.

To collect points: sign in with one of the E-board members at our events. If you are collecting points with one of our partners (such as the Village Mentors), check the associated website tab for instructions.

Dues must be paid in order to earn points

Wearing MAPS merchandise —> 2 points

GBMs —> 5 points

Reposting/Interacting on Instagram —> 2 points (max 8 points/semester)

Newsletter sign-up —> 2 points

Academic/health events —> 4 points

Social events —> 3 points

Fundraising Events —> 5 points

Volunteering Events —> 5 points

Donations —> 5 points

Mentor/Mentee Program —> 3 points/semester

Committee Involvement —> 5 points

Other/Special—> Varying Point Value
